My fone went for repairs. 1 cauliflower cut nd washed 1 onion chopped 1\4 cup ghee or oil 1\2 tsp packo masala 1 onion chopped 1 tomatoe grated 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp dana jeera powder 1\2 tsp arad 1 tsp crushed red chillies 1\2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Curry leaves. Warm ghee in a pot. Add onions nd saute till soft. Add in tomatoe nd spices nd cook for 1 min. Than put in your cauliflower nd cook on low until done adding little water. Serve with roti or naan. 1. For variation wen cauliflower is almost done u can break a few eggs in nd steam on low stirring in between rely delish. 2. Brinjals, peas nd potatoe can also be added to the cauliflower. »̶ S̶̲̥̅̊um̶̲̥̅̊A̶̲̅Ýa̶̲̥̅̊н̣̇ «̶ إبراهيم. Wslm. I used nestle cream each time I made this recipe, however I am sure fresh cream would also work as well.

@ Zaimeen - use the castor sugar for turning sponge out, then roll with paper till cool enough to fill, roll swiss roll, then you can dust with icing sugar.

Wasalaam, green masala is : 1 kg green chillies, 2-3 heaped tbl garlic, grind twice so it's smooth. Add little oil, 1 tsp salt & few tsp lemon juice to preserve green colour. Must be stored in freezer
