Rokeya I would strongly recommend to use Lemon Extract, as you may get the little milk used to curdle with lemon juice.... but maybe you could try only using lemon juice and NO MILK to make the icing (LIKE 2 Tablespoon Lemon juice instead of the milk) . Hope this helps, let's us know about your outcome.

Hey Hermain97 , YES you may use those, I have used All Purpose flour as well with this same recipe . In South Africa it's sold as cake flour.

there is lemon juice used already Rokeya, the essence/extract gives a more defined lemon flavour. yes you could up the lemon zest then instead of adding more liquid.

Wslm meera you place on the rolled out dough and bake it all one time . I dnt think it would be recommended to make in the morning I serve at night unless you will reheat in oven

Rashida, Sumac in recipe is a Spice, used in a lot of Middle Eastern Dishes that has a slight lemonish taste, however back home in South Africa I made this and just substitued it with extra Lemon juice in dressing.. Hope this helps.
