Slmz @ zakeeya Syrup Lemons 6 to 8 thin skinned lemons (must be thin skin ΒΌ cup coarse salt. ΒΎ cup vinegar. slice lemon thinly add salt n vinegar and leave for 3 to 4 hrs. drain and dry them musnt be too dry. make thick syrup with: 2 cups sugar. 1 Β½ cups water. pinch cream of tartar. red food colouring. when syrup done remove from stove and let it be lukewarm and add your lemons. mix nicely bottle it courtesy Khatija Ebrahim Β

I tried this recipe, and it is delicious. Although I did put less sugar then stated, but if I were to make it again, I would put no sugar at all and just use condense milk only
