Yes these biscuits are quite soft, I get about 15-20 biscuits from 125g butter, if you want more, you have to double the recipe & use 250g butter. You can stick them together & decorate with chocolate, jam or glace icing, whichever you prefer

I haven't tried it in vanilla as yet Zee... perhaps you can experiment, but if I were to make into a vanilla cake I would just substitute the cocoa with flour, but instead of adding it to the water and oil mix, I would add it with the rest of the flour
