@Shireen Wslm I don't make, but my mums recipe is: 1 kg green chillies, 2-3 heaped tbl garlic, grind twice so it's smooth. Add little oil, 1 tsp salt & few tsp lemon juice to preserve green colour. For dahi masala, just add 1 tsp ground jeero & 1 bunch dhania, grind together with chillies.
