I made this as one of our lunch dishes yesterday, and it was absolutely divine. However, i twigged the recipe a little bit. Just before adding the cream, i added a four cheese pasta sauce (which i first mixed separately). The end result was extra creamy. ☺ For the chicken, i used my homemade marinade and plain yoghurt. Thank you for sharing this, it was absolutely divine. I will continue to share it with my family and friends x
