Wslm Waheeda, bulgur is more grainy & whole while couscous is like a pasta & more finer in texture. Not sure where you can get it from, I usually buy from spice shops in Fordsburg but you can try checking the pasta/wheat products section at Pick & Pay. Or Woolworths might have as well

Cake tastes delicious I think the sugar is a lot thought. It cracked at the top n got abit hard/ crunchy But underneath that piece is a delicious n soft cake The strong coffee also reduces the sweetness of the cake

Hi Anisha, the 3 tbl oil is for the carrots, you add it in with the spices. For the vagaar, you can add just enough to cover the mustard seeds.
hi Please clarify if the 3 tablespoon oil in the ingredient list must be used to make the vagaar or is it separate oil from the vagaar? if separate oil when must it be added to the carrots and how much oil must be heated for the vagaar? Thank you. Anisha
