Made 21 little guys. Very tasty, though less mid eastern tasting lol tried a new way to ensure it binds and it works- do not use s processor as if it's too processed it becomes sticky and too soft. I used a potato masher instead. Best to use dried chickpeas I'm told but I used drained can and it was fine. Chill the mixture before rolling into balls ( and chill again if you like). Only needed half cup breadcrumbs but check your own consistency to be sure. Always test one for taste and texture before rolling them all up and frying! Oil not too hot that it Browns too quickly nor too cold that they disintegrate - tricky to balance! Serve with coleslaw for a lovely meal. :)
Lunat it is regular cake flour (all purpose flour). Not self Rising.
