To Hajra, Yes. Caramel treat comes in a tin just like the condensed milk tins. I actually saw it in my local asda store on Saturday in the Birmingham store. Good luck and i hope u find it.

i'll tell you for 1 mug of rice , wash your rice and leave aside. in a pot add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp spice for rice and 1 medium sized green pepper diced finely . once it sizzles add 2 mugs of boiling water and the soaked rice drained. cook as normal.
