Let me know how it turns out..its normal to be a little moist on the inside..cos biscuits still warm..it gets crumby as it dries..also..remember to handle very lightly.

Slmz..follow the recipe as is..maybe u added less than 250 g butter. Its a recipe I make all of the time. Did u beat butter and sugar first before adding the dry ingredients?

Are u sure its 2 cups maizena n 1/2 cup flour.? Im busy doing it ryt now n its not binding. Tink its too litle butter. Sumting not ryt!!!

It sets perfectly fine in the fridge..I prepared mine in the mornin and enjoyed it after iftar...will probably set in 2 hours I'm sure.
