@Fathima Khan - I was googling yesterday and I found a spice at Woolies and I think a company called Cape spice that is called the 7 thai spice. I'll need to check certification too. Assalaamu alaykum, It was a great success, family loved it, although I didn't have ghee,, I used Rama margarine.
Made This cake And it is a KO ( knock out) The buttermilk gv it a super soft yet moist finish and the rose reminded me of Turkish delights Shukaria for sharing this recipe
