A thicker custard compared to usual but very tasty ... I did use 200 ml sugar not 250.... it was also still sweeet

I made this recipe I found somewhere else @whi_pped on IG. Itโs more like a Lagan. Nice and soft . Could be sweeter, The icing / glacรฉ recipe is: 3 Tbs icing sugar 1/2 t elachi 2 T milk Enjoy! Ps itโs eggless ;)

Made this cake and it came very dense the first time. Second time I creamed the sugar and eggs then added the oil gradually while beating and essence. Added the cocoa and flour and beat to combine. Last I sprinkled the baking powder on top and the added boiling water to create a bubbly effect and folded it in. Cake came very delicious, light and fluffy. Thank you for the recipe๐ป
