Chicken Halfmoons

Peri Peri Chicken Pies

Winner! It does need a bit of effort to chop everything and cook chicken - but it’s delicious and soft! Sticks to cupcake liners so rather grease a muffin tin well and use. The yoghurt is necessary - don’t worry doesn’t make it sour at all - gives the soft texture. Worth it!

Banana Muffins/loaf

1/4 pound=113g
Very soft more like banana cake than bread
Made 1 load and 6 cup pies
Delicious, very sweet. May try to cut the 1/3 cup of sugar.

Please mk dua it doesn't flop:) lol. Coz I think I didn't layer enough of the dough at the bottom... Tryna survive in the kitchen, and trust me baking is NOT my cup of tea!! But jzk love the recipe its Sooo easy and hopefully iA this don't flop, so I can make it again (I hated flops:( it just kills my baking fever)!!
