@Zainab Saeed - Jzk so much. What a lovely light cake. I made it in the muffin pans and cup cake holders and baked it for 15 mins. It was perfect and delicious although not a strong orange flavour. My grandchildren want more. Jzk for a lovely recipe
@Zainab Saeed - and gee you will make 6 logs if you use 3 phyllo sheets per log!
@Fathima Khan - so you have different options, either you take 2 phyllo sheets and stack them together or you take 3 and stack them together, depending on how thick you want them! and for the nut mixture i used 3/4 TBSP and i spread it out horizontally and rolled my phyllo tightly!
@Mymona - wslm, i used medium sized eggs, so you can use maybe 3/4 eggs!
@Mymona - slmz, i used a Bundt pan, but i did use cup cake holders, although i only made 4 orange cup cakes, and it tasted the same! so you can give it a try and let me know!!

I made this and it baked terrible , it didn’t even bake inside , definitely not a flop proof recipe & just a waste of ingredients
The crispy taste of the rusk was enjoyed with a cuppa of coffee
