Slmz... Want to try making these eclairs but just want to know if you bake them in a thermofan oven or normal without thermofan. I've tried making eclairs before but was a big flop. So a friend of mine said that eclairs can only be baked in a thermofan oven. Is it true? Would appreciate your help.

@زوجة طا هر ❤ - It is maybe abit softer than a normal biscuit text8 ..when Baking..bakeon a slight lower temperature like 160...for a slightly longer time...to achieve a better crisp
Pls explain is Hungarian a crispy biscuit should it be soft or like normal biscuit texture
What nozzle did u use ?? How come the cocoa did not make it brown .
@زوجة طا هر ❤ - The sponge was not firm enough. That's why it cracked. Please try it again and finely slice the sides before you roll it. This should help.
