Salaams where can i get double thick cream from? I see Woolworths has the ayrshire and the Jersey so not sure which one
Can Tastic rice be used instead of basmati?

Very disappointed because this is what I ended up with. Should there be baking powder and must there be more flour to make a firmer dough

Awesome recipe. I served it with coconut milk rice. Fry onion in butter or coconut oil. Add washed jasmine or basmati rice . Salt. Mix coconut milk powder in water. And let the rice cook in this.

I've tried your recipe 4 times now and each time it was perfect, I added grated milky bar as the topping amongst coloured almonds, the grate milky bar gave the burfi taste a kick. Thank you.
