Jazaakillahu khayraa for the recipe sister. I used to love caramel loaf when visiting SA. I doubled the recipe and it was really tasty and delicious Just a note for anyone. If you are making the brioche dough it is much easier with a stand mixer. I found the dough very wet, so needed to add more flour, but I still kept the dough a bit sticky. Also to the caramel tin I added some milk and cream to cut the sweetness.
