Puris puffed up beautifully. I also added half a teaspoon of salt. Another variation...I added a teaspoon of green dhania/ green chillie/ garlic paste ad a tsp of whole jeero to the flour before adding buttermilk.

yum. left out cornflour as it wasnt watery. added more soya for flavour. next time will top rice with fried onions and maybe crush katiyfi on the top for added crunch! winner
