I tried this recipe and it was the best lamb curry I have ever made! It was filled with flavour, and so authentic! @Shehnaz Hoosen - I would say about 2-3 hours also depending on how tough the Trotters skin are.. It really took me long on pressure pot so I boiled it the one day froze it with little of its water
If You cook on stove how long will it take?
You drain that water.. See recipe you make a paste with mazina whilst you braising.. Hope this helps

Hi...the recipe doesn't work. It's too watery and doesn't cook within the prescribed time as per recipe directive. The measurements are not correct and this needs to be revisited and corrected. I would not recommend this to anyone.
