@Aadila Hussain - Hi hun. Parchment paper is like lunch paper. It is stronger in the oven and doesn't melt. I tried wax wrap before and it melted.

Followed the recipe to the T. The cakes sank in the middle though. Also the texture wasn't as light as I wouldve liked. 1 cup castor is too much - three quarter is prob better. Yummy icing, which Ill be using again. Jzk
