@Ruqayyah - Its ok creamer is almost milk powder however I think your syrup should have been thick. Try spooning it in small papercups Or can try adding klim from the top together with extra icing szgar to get it a bit firm

You are on the money with this recipe:) I make it the same, although I use fresh tomatoes (and coriander). I dont use curry powder or curry leaves. It comes so close to primi. I mostly make the prawn version. An alternative to using curry leaves (due to its strong flavour) is the use of 1 bay leaf. Thanks for sharing, I think it's great that you shared the recipe; they have become so expensive with their portions. Now I'm feeling to make this!
