Banaana, Pecan, Date Loaf

Excellent recipe.
The perfect banana cake! The outside light & crispy and the inside moist & spongy. The flavour was incredibly layered and not too sweet, allowing you to get the taste of the cinnamon and dates as well as the banana. Absolute comfort food!
I tweaked as follows:
1. Soak dates in boiling water until soft. Drain water & puree. Add in with bananas
2. Add 1tsp vanilla essence when beating egg & sugar
3. I also added extra cinnamon powder

Flapjacks

The flapjacks had a lovely texture and were very tasty. I was skeptical about the 4 tbsp flour however. I used 4 heaped tbsp, but as I guessed, I unfortunately only managed to get 4 flapjacks with the recipe.
