@Michael Tsholo - Good morning. Sorry for the late reply.. Yes if you soak it longer. The. Chicken and bones get soft. And the chicken has that nice taste. Let's say if you having it for lunch. Then at 10am u can soak it. I soak it for long. You don't have to do it like that. And I wraap it in foil. And I put it on the fire on the braai stand. Thank you. Enjoy.
