@Shana - The measurements for the potatoes are clear. There is only lemon juice in the potatoes. A batter consistency should be like any batter. You need to use your own discretion. Sorry about that.
Came out way too soft and literally fell apart in the frying process. Need to emphasize more on exactly how the batter should be made and also the consistency of the potato.
