Salaams. I live in Australia so didn’t have access to any Robertson’s spices. I used this recipe for steak, using all the other ingredients but added some honey. Came out tops!! Alhamdulillah

What is red masala
I had no kastoori methi. My dish colour didnt look red as urs. In sha allah next try i get it better. Bt my hubby loved it. Any other suggestion fir me to try. Jzk

@Hina Irshad - maybe try adding the sauces and some water and simmer that first lastly add the cream and heat only til hot . i have never tried nestle cream in my sauce for me fresh cream is always a go to
