Ps: small amount of prepared halaal gelatine can be mixed with the cheesecake mixture to firm it up a bit more
Salaams all, u can dip the bananas in some lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown
You can always add halal gelatine to make the dessert cream and condensed milk set.
And I used the tomatoe sauce from the canned fish instead of a separate tomatoe sauce
It is better to add the fish in the chutney and allow to steam with rice all together, delicious and jazakallah for the recipe

the half cup milo is it mixed with milk or is it the dry milo powder?
Slms. I make savoury waffles with milky lane style mexican bean topping. Use canned red kidney beans, mexican salsa n steamed sweetcorn. layer on waffles top with cheese n grill. Also yummy. Your recipe sounds good too. Gonna try soon :)
