I tried 3 medium sized apples and 2carrots. Also used a piece of ginger as big as my thumb. Myt want to use a bit less ginger tho, otherwise the whole juice tastes of it. I also added sum lemon juice and salt to taste. Felt it needed a kick. Since i dont have a juicer, i blended all the ingredients (had to add water to help the process - about a cup). And then i strained it n then drank i. Hope that helps!

The baking powder is too much- use only quarter tsp baking powder and add 1 tsp ghee to the powdered milk and egg mix...

this is also nice suggestion, if khajoor and baddam are added to batter before frying. also this can be dipped/rolled into sugar and fine cinnamon after fried, dip immediatley. very nice.
Birco is coarsely crushed dry red chillie flakes with the seeds. You should be able to get it in an indian spice shop easily. Hope this helps.

Wslms. Its just for the extra flavour coz of the spices from the chicken. You can leave it out.
I usually keep the extra sauce from the pot to use as a side dip after it baked.
No Problem... if you like you can also add green pepper when grinding...enjoy
