nope this goes in the mixtures, its not normal individual pancakes. thers a technique to making this.. u first put enough batter to fill the pan,, as it fries, u fold it in half.. so each time u add the batter u only add it half way through. im not sure if u understand (this will be half moon shape) so each time while rying u add kuk kuk, sultansa, u fold over, than throw half batter on the opposite side, let it fry than flip over.. so ul end up wil alot of layers, but nor a rouond shape.. a crescent like shape.

U welcome RUWEIDA. i make most of my recipes into cupcakes, squares,etc. I find its easier to serve. My family just loved it. I had remaining icing, i used it in a banana choc cake recipe with ganache, divine :-)

Waslm, jee add the castor sugar to the coffee syrup and add about 1 or 2 tablespoons castor sugar to the fresh cream to sweeten it. You don't cook the syrup, use boiling water :)

Slmz all!! I made this dish tday & it was devine!! Here's wat I did: Chinese Rice.
1 kg chicken fillets - cuts in strips.
Marinate in 1tblsp Red Masala , 1tsp arad, 1tsp salt & 1tsp dhana jeero.
Braise 2 grated onions in ghee - when golden, add chicken & cook till done. When done add 2 carrots & 1/2 a red & green pepper julienned.
And: 1/2 cup chilli sauce.
1 tblsp vinegar.
1/2 cup tomato sauce.
1 tblsp maizena.
1 tblsp soya sauce.
1 cup water.
Cook until sauce is thick . Boil 3 cups Bimri Rice in salt with a cup of mix veggies . Add the rice 2 the saucy chicken & sprinkle 2tblsp garlic , 1tblsp origanum, 1 tblsp dhana jeero, 1tblsp green masala & 1 tblsp red chillies. Mix well & steam... . Serve with a side of potato wedges . Can serve with a yoghurt raita
