Salam Anisa, no its not the same but you can make your own sourmilk / buttermilk by adding two tablespoons lemon juice / vinegar to every cup of milk. Stir well and allow to stand for 10 minutes before using :)
Wasalam Rashida, my apologies for the late reply, I haven't visited the site in a while :) The fondant cannot be piped, its rolled out and then fitted over the cupcake or cake. This fondant actually freezes very well.

Ambrosia Devon custard is ready made custard in a tin or box...if ultra-mel is the same then it will be fine...alternative is to make custard at home.
