Hi Thank you for the recipe. It saved a lot of time making single pancakes in the pan. Taste was delicious. Tasters provided a number of possibilities for toppings and additions - other fruit, almonds, pecan nuts...even suggestions for savoury baked pancakes haha.

Omw, what an amazing recipe. Very quick, resulting in a superb side-dish. Left out the optional Akhalwaya spice. Added Royco garlic and cheese pasta sauce packet instead of the 4 cheeses one. Jzk so much for sharing

The water, butter mixture was a bit too much. Had to throw away most of it. Made my first batter goowey. Didn't know it needed to be added last and bit by bit.
I like eating this warm so I mould some in balls and leave the rest in a Tupperware in the fridge, I heat a spoonful in the microwave in the morning and eat it hot.

Oh my word.... this was amazing.... loved the Garlic feta sauce (so many things it can be used for).... we made pitas and roti wraps with the filling as well as toasted sandwiches... a new family favorite....
