@Shamshaad Fyzoo - Salaams In my experience this usually happens if the egdes are rolled too thin so they cook faster than rest of roti and so get crispy

Hi.jus making sure no oil in the flour when adding water
I tried to make this..please tell me what i could possibly be doing wrong..dough is soft and smooth..
but when rolling ot out its a bit sticky
