@Habiba - Red masala 500g whole dried or fresh red chillies 250g garlic cloves ½ cup ground Jeero 750 ml bottle white vinegar 2-3 tblsp rough salt ½ cup oil In a food processor /Liquidiser/ magic mix add the chillies, garlic, jeero vinegar and salt blend into a smooth paste lastly add the oil mix well bottle and refrigerate freeze extra use as needed in roast Currys etc
