It's the first time that my Naan katais were so delicious. They felt like butter melting in your mouth. Mine usually come on hard. It's not my favorite biscuit but using this recipe has gotten me hooked. Thank you so much.
@Akram - I usually heat it in a pan by adding some water n butter .

Jazakhallah, easy to follow recipe. Missed the cumin, but still good . Added a spin to it by adding some plain medium fat Yogurt. Converted this whole dish into a "Butter Chicken" style Butter Kebab Curry. Fam loved it, so they say.
