Was really good. But only got the size of the balls (pre-fry) right with my third batch. If they were too big they were still raw in the centre.

They should be slightly larger than your thumbnail as they do expand in the oil.

I cook on the stove. I do find it dries out in the oven. I normally roast at 180 jee a pyrex dish would be perfect. Maybe make some extra marinade and keep on basting. Make slashes on the fillet part and when basting baste the slashes well.

Whole Roast Chicken

Salaams. The masala was delicious! I felt like I was back in South Africa and eating wedding food! 😋 Jazaakallah for sharing.
I just had 1 glitch- I roasted it in the oven and it took about 2 and a half hours n the breast part of the chicken went a bit dry. Can you advise at what temperature to roast it on in the oven and for how long? Also, is it ok to roast in a Pyrex dish?
