Lovely jazakillahu khairaa I used banana instead of sugar, and instead of 1.5 cups gram flour, I used 1/2 cup gram flour + 1/2 cup semolina + 1/2 cup extra flour. Only because I didn't have more. Instead of water added sour milk cos i misread the recipe and my blender wouldn't go with a too dry mixture π€¦ββοΈ. Jazakillahu khairaa again it turned out delicious. I just cut into squares puri size and fried. My family loved it.

@Thaira Abdulla - Ws sister. Yes it comes out soft and fluffy inside. You must let your dough stand for atleast an hour or longer. And fry on medium heat and dip in the syrup while still warm so that it soaks the syrup well. All the best.

This is a wonderful recipe ,i just added some steers Garlic sauce ,some finely chopped garlic and 1 table spoon of Mayonaise -- i DID NOT put maziena but the sauce thicken as i allowed it to boil .. Thank you for this recipe πΈ
