Slms, I made this recipe for my kids as they love mochachos and my kids cudnt stop ranting about this. The flavour is definitely the closest to the actual mochachos strips. Thank you for sharing. The best that I've tried so far.

Fantastic!!! I omitted the brinjals and peppers however I sautéed some onions and added to potatoes and it was absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Great recipe! I tried it for Eid. Thank you so much. I added some yoghurt as well at the end as mine came out a bit strong and I included a half red pepper liquidised with my tomato.

Flavourful. I substituted mince with chicken fillet. Result was awesome

@Tia - Hi Tia. You have to cook it on low for a while. You cannot rush with it as it will not be cooked. Don't cook it on high because that's when it gets dark.

I tried but same here was undercooked, then recoiled it and then it went too dark
