Banana Puri
Hi I've tried this recipe. But the very first layer was sticky could roll into a neat swiss roll. But managed. the layers opened when frying but not so neatly, but I'm not sure If I was over cooking it..some were light and some darker and a little too crunchy. By it tastes good. But just few check ups for my second try..where must the dough rest, in the fridge or out. I had it out then I noticed it softening, put in the fridge..not sure If that resulted in the stickiness. And which side I roll, I rolled the plain side..but some videos I watch I saw the roll the layer side..but it looked good..but not high and like a boat though. MAny thanks and appreciation
