Slm . its a drop doughnut hence just a round ball. I found the recipe to spread I added some normal flour as well.

Bake blind means to fill the pastry with baking beans and bake it first before putting the filling into it.
Must we mix wet to dry ingredients with a spatula or can we use an electric beater

Wslm @ Sameera. Mix masala is a blend of all ur spices together. No its no same as gharam masala altho gharam masala is also a blend of spices together. Mix masala you get redy made @ spice shops or u can myk @ home. I find the Chohaans mix masala in Durban to be the best.
