condensed milk burns very quickly. Always add condensed milk last. I hate making the caramel, but the caramel next to golden syrup bottles in s/market is a perfect caramel i cant remember the brand at the moment

it is better to cook your meat first after the onion bit and after the meat is soft add masalas and then tomatoes ,Finnish off with yoghurt and add dhania last.just the way i do it
