yep oven grill will do,under the normal grill(my oven has a standard grill setting) abt 10mins a side.

condensed milk burns very quickly. Always add condensed milk last. I hate making the caramel, but the caramel next to golden syrup bottles in s/market is a perfect caramel i cant remember the brand at the moment
