Icing
125g margarine, 3 cups icing sugar and a few teaspoons of milk. beat the margarine and icing sugar together, add in milk few drops at a time, continue beating until you have the right consistency.
Halve the icing - colour one batch green and the other batch purple (to get purple icing mix red and blue food colour to the icing - equal amounts)
