Hai I tried this recipe and the result was a big disaster I cldnt cut my log it was so soft when I try to cut them they got crumbled into pieces very disappointed :(

Its delicious i tasted this in Egypt they served it alongside kofta , is perfect with achney or. Biryani the only ing i add extra to abv recipe is that after making and platting up in a pretty salad bowl is a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil :)
