When frying on pan didn't the water come out or grilling in the oven

This recipe is definitely a winner! I didn't have chilli garlic paste so used a bottled green masala with chlli, garlic and coriander. The basting sauce makes it very juicy and the honey gives it a beautiful glazed look. Will def make again!
