@زوجة طا هر ❤ - Wslm when you cut, dip the cutter in flour and cut. Will come out easily. As soon as it comes out of the oven, i gently push the holes slightly bit down. But i don't put too much jam as well

Slms... i made this recipe today and it tastes delicious, but i don't know why it looks like its underbaked... it has like a wet texture and i want to know if its supposed to be like that or maybe i did something wrong... i baked at 180 for 35 mins and it still looked wet or oily.. so i baked for extra 10 mins and still came out like that... please help me figure out what went wrong....
