Slms... i made this recipe today and it tastes delicious, but i don't know why it looks like its underbaked... it has like a wet texture and i want to know if its supposed to be like that or maybe i did something wrong... i baked at 180 for 35 mins and it still looked wet or oily.. so i baked for extra 10 mins and still came out like that... please help me figure out what went wrong.... Aslmu alykm. I have to compliment this recipe. I've made numerous recipes for chicken tikka. This was by far the tastiest I have ever made. I added a little of the red food colour specially for grilled chickens. And just a little more spice as I like tikka to be spicy. But it was absolutely perfect. Jzkla khayran for sharing
