Slm. I made this for Eid, I made it (the phyllo cups) the Sunday. It kept crispy for two days hey, I was so surprised lol. And then Monday I made the cheesecake filling,left it in the fridge and then the Tuesday was Eid, so the morning I dished it in the cups and played it. It was so pretty and tasted amazing. Everyone was so impressed. It just tasted like MORE lol

@Sam - Tried and tested many times over Alhamdulillah... Recipe has been passed on by an elder family member... At first I was also surprised at the amt. of time given for beating but the results speak for themself. β˜ΊοΈπŸ€—πŸ₯° If you like you can reduce the beating time until you're satisfied with the consistency of the batter. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ˜˜

Looked v pretty. Easy to make. Modifications: added a lil coriander to the mixture; used less spaghetti & broke into short pieces before boiling, used normal green masala instead of sujees; can use green chopped chilli instead of chilli powder. Yummy!
