Maaf for this bother but I am having much trouble cooking my steak right. I would like to try this recipe and I have marinated the steak. Could you please advise step by step how it should be prepared?

I place the marinated steak in the pot with ghee? Do I add water? How much? How long should it be on heat, lid on or off.
