@Saima - Wslm... I’m so sorry to hear that. This is the first time I’ve had feedback regarding the dough being like this, other feedback has been positive so I’m not exactly sure why that’s happened. The only suggestion I could make is to try and add more flour and a pinch more of b.p (depending on how much flour you’ve added) until you’re able to roll the dough into balls. Hope this helps. Xxx
السلام علیکم و رحمة الله و بركاته Was excited to try it... Made the dough but wasnt coming together in a dough form.... Not able to make it into golf balls unless i added more flour.... I did try putting it in the fridge for an hour still didn't work Please suggest how that can be fixed جزاك الله خيرا

Can we make this puri dough and freeze?
I found that the 1 cup flour gave too little dough. Also, needed quite a bit more than a quarter cup sour milk to make the flour into a dough. The puris were just ok, and a little dense. Not light and fluffy enough.
And easy to make
