Cheesecake

Slms, I've made this twice already and it's always a hit with everyone. Jzk for sharing. However it always cracks at the top and on my second try it broke on the side. Any advise or suggestions on preventing this? I do wait for it to be completely cool before removing it from the pan.

I place the marinated steak in the pot with ghee? Do I add water? How much? How long should it be on heat, lid on or off.

And I also cut it like triangles that are like thin at top so either way it works can also fold square like an envelope.. Hope this helps 👍

Really fast to make. Came out lovely and fluffy alhamdulilah. Tip: I used 2 teaspoons to drop into the oil, so it retained its round shape. Also, because the sugar is just right, I didnt roll the donuts completely in castor sugar, nut just touched lightly in one or two places. Yummy!
