@Sajida Suleman - Jee the butter should be melted. The amount of coffee depends on how string you prefer your coffee. So if you prefer your coffee strong then use about 3-4 teaspoons. If you like it milder us 2 teaspoons. Hope this helps :)

@Feeka - Itโs basically a mix of fenugreek, coarse chilies, chili powder. If you ask for meethi masala at your spice shop they should be able to help you.
Nice but canโt understand the need for fennel etc for the sauce... would be better without it!
