This recipe is perfection as is. Jzk for sharing. For iftaar, decided to pass through a syrup (3 quarter cup water boiled with 3 quarter cup sugar), then sprinkle coconut over it. Next time will try adding half or 1 tsp sugar to the flour mixture before kneading.

Oats (approx 1/4 cup) Coconut (approx 1/2 cup) 🍪Biscuit two: 1.)add oats and coconut to the 2nd part of the dough (add a little at a time - you should be able to roll the dough after adding these - adding too much will make it difficult to roll) ,knead then roll on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes. 2.)bake in a pre heated oven(180degrees) till golden brown. 3.)leave to cool then drizzle with melted chocolate and cherries.
