Made this dough today i used sour milk instead of yoghurt. Added 2 tablespoons of olive oil & 3 extra tablespoons of water as it was a bit dry. Rolled it out thin but it fluffed up beautifully when baking i prebaked for 10min each on 180 (my oven is pretty hot 🤷🏻♀️) then took them out and added my filling of polony mixed coloured peppers mixed with mayo popped it back in until the cheese melted. Struggled a bit with the whole boat shape 😕 Overall your dough recipe is pretty good can even great pizza bases ❤ Jazak'Allah
@Basheera - Slms Basheera. These are very rustic rolls, more for dunking into soups, or a small starter roll. I haven't personally tried adding a filling to this one. Do please drop a feedback if you try that.

Sadly my doughnuts flopped. Followed recipe but ended up with stiff doughnuts which I didn't bother to fill with cream. I'm a regular baker who works with yeast dough all the time.. Waste of ingredients.
