oh yum! firstly in this pic it looks like creamy burfee so how can you resist!! but anyway the result is delicious. makes a change. posh potato salad. thats what Im talking about. Its rich. and please season well to not let the cream over power and be sweet. heres my effort:

this was indeed scrumptious! i left out mayo. I can never understand mayo with tomatoes in a marinade! also left out saffron. This will become my go-to roast recipe. I used back chops this time in the oven. delicious. heres my effort:

As salaamu alaikum. 8 ah e been making extra rotis like for years and they come out perfect. The trick is to cook rotis from frozen. I do roti orders and whatever extra I have I store in the freezer for home use
