I must say that I was initially sceptical to try out this receipe but, having NO eggs and craving for a chocolate cake I decided to give this a try ... The batter was alittle more fluidy than a biscuit dough but firm enough to leave the sides of the mixing bowl during mixing. The cake rose to double its size. A soft moist inside and a soft crusty outside. Would try this recipe again should I not have eggs.

@Raeesa - You need to add flour to the surface while Rolling, also maybe reduce the Boiling water to 500ml, depending on the size of the Cup. Hope this helps

Hi. Please advise difference between ginger and garlic masala and red ginger and garlic masala. I've made chicken curry with methi before and it tastes great. I'm sure this mince dish will taste great. Just need clarification on the masalas. Thank you
