2 tblsp of soji is the correct amount. You braise it with the butter then add to carrot or dhodi mixture.

Delicious and so easy. Cant believe it doesn't need an ice cream machine and yet it freezes so well! It does melt a little more quickly but still amazing. One log Served 10-12 people Its not so sweet so it pairs well with rich baklava Thanks!
