Chocolate Swissroll
Came out nice, rose nicely.
However I could have used two pans, as the end result was one rather thick swiss roll! So I could have made 2 instead.
I used a 32 cm rectangular pan
For decoration, I whipped fresh cream and folded in mascarpone cheese. Topped with white/milk chocolate pieces for a decadent dessert/cake.
