I must say that I was initially sceptical to try out this receipe but, having NO eggs and craving for a chocolate cake I decided to give this a try ... The batter was alittle more fluidy than a biscuit dough but firm enough to leave the sides of the mixing bowl during mixing. The cake rose to double its size. A soft moist inside and a soft crusty outside. Would try this recipe again should I not have eggs.
