Slmz. I've made the cake just wanted to say it had an egg taste and smell. Tried to use extra vanilla and also put extra ganache to cover the taste. Didn't do much

@Taryn - Hi Taryn. You can actually slice and freeze both the burfee and chana magaj. Just take it out a few hours before you need them so its soft again.
Do u dissolve the coffee? Or just add the granules??

Tried yur recipe. I used sufficient milk to add to the egg and oil mixture to make a volume of 300mls. Despite decreasing the fluid volume the dough was very sticky and required an extra cup of flour. I followed the rest of the receipe as is. A very soft and moist inside with a crusty outside. Delicious with strawberry jam and cream accompanied with a cup of tea.

@Asiya - Hi Asiya. Yes, it will break if you added extra ghee. You just have to be careful not to add extra klim either.
