Slmz made this few days ago came out amazing!!and it's so easy!!! Alhamdullilllah Masha Allah....Today however, I browned the butter and stuffs.. so when I added the semoline I was abit worried it shouldn't burn so (my wrong) I didn't let it all like simmer well, so I just added the mixture immediately after that.... After lots of mixing on low heat (& loads of blowing Duas :) it thickened alhamdullilllah... The colour is not perfect yellow, its a little brown bit never Mind I guess it'll taste good Insha Allah?

An absolute hit. Jz so much. V quick and easy to make for a tea, picnic, light meal. I added a little coriander when cooking the chicken. Its quite a saucy dish. Yummy and rich with ghee. wonder if one can add seasoned mash above the sauce before the cheese layer
